Breakfast pizza!!! Yup, it makes so much sense to add one of my favorite meals of the day to one of my favorite things to eat.
Pizza dough rolled out on a baking sheet, topped with ricotta and mozzarella cheese
Chopped peppers and onions sprinkled on top
With thinly sliced potatoes
Covering all the other stuff
Two eggs add the perfect touch. Then bake in the oven at 450-500 degrees for about 20-30 mins.
